• The art of the bezel.

    Each bezel is a small work of art.
    Each tooth/prong is individually cut.
    Each strip is then measured, filed and soldered closed before being fit to the stone.
    This process can take an hour -when the starts align- or more for each stone and is only the initial step.
    Each bezel is truly a labor of love!

      The bezel you make is not one strip of metal. You cut each tooth from the metal solder them in a row to surround the stone?

      How or who taught you this. One of the master smiths. I do see various types of bezels. I know making quality jewelry takes lots of time.
